Position Overview:
Nearpod is looking for a competitive and experienced Account Manager to join our growing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be renewing and expanding client accounts. You will work your assigned book of business to identify upsell and add on opportunities while also ensuring to minimize churn and account contractions.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Renew your assigned book of business with minimal churn and contraction
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Work with CSM and Sales departments to ensure accounts are in excellent health
  • Ability to counter objections, understand client needs and offer solutions that meet client requirements.
  • 30 to 40 calls per day

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of successful Account Management experience required
  • Track record of successful expansion of accounts
  • Track record of minimal client churn or account contraction
  • History of consistently exceeding renewal and expansion targets
  • Experience using
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
